Place your order online, choose Click & Collect at checkout, and we will give you a 4-digit PIN. Bring the PIN to our shop in Linden, Johannesburg, pay in person, and walk out with your provisions. No card needed online.

Yes. Sri Mitra is a plant-based pantry. Many of our customers are flexiterian; they buy our products to enrich their diet.

Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2-3 working days. Rest of South Africa: 4-6 working days.

Many are wild-harvested or grown organically by smallholders, but we are not strictly certified-organic. We are strict about provenance and small-batch processing — we visit every supplier and meet every miller.

Yes. Send us an email at orders@srimitra.shop with your venue and approximate volumes, and we will respond with our trade list within two working days.

A simple kraft-paper-and-twine wrap is included on request — leave a note at checkout. Bespoke gift hampers (R450 and up) can be ordered by emailing us directly.

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Contact us first and we will arrange collection. Custom hampers are not returnable.
